RMA REQUEST PROCESS

Requests concerning the return of goods, including by reason of change of mind or warranty related claims, are governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the goods intended to be returned (Terms).

ISCS may refuse to accept returned goods in accordance with the Terms applicable to the goods and may, at the sender’s expense, return such goods to the sender.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have a login, please click CREATE AN ACCOUNT and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product. Faulty is not an acceptable reason in itself and will be rejected. In the case of faulty goods, please specify the exact fault of the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days. Do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and your item can be returned to a receiving centre.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
