No merchandise may be returned to ISCS without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense. A customer must request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION (RMA) number from ISCS before a product can be returned. With an RMA number, the customer may have the product repaired, receive a replacement product or receive a credit subject to RMA restocking charges.

Repairs may be subject to further charges based on costs incurred from manufacturer, these will be advised during the RMA request process.

Products returned for credit within 45 days shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Products returned after 45 days (from date of shipment) shall be subject to a 40% restocking charge. No custom cards may be returned for credit.


1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have a login, please click CREATE AN ACCOUNT and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product. Faulty is not an acceptable reason and will be rejected.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days. Do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and your item can be returned to a receiving centre.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
